THE PURPOSE OF THE GEORGIA CUP, INC. IS TO OPERATE AN ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT, THE GEORGIA CUP, LOCATED AT THE GOLF CLUB OF GEORGIA. THIS ANNUAL TOURNAMENT HOSTS THE REIGNING UNITED STATES AND BRITISH AMATEUR CHAMPIONS. ALL PROCEEDS OF THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE DONATED TO ONE OR MORE 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
