Contract for services to a Kentucky executive search firm to recruit and select an executive director for a historical hotel and museum in eligible regions. The selected firm will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy, screening candidates, coordintating interviews, checking references, and providing consultation. The firm will demonstrate a strong record of successful placements in the nonprofit and cultural sectors, particularly with museum leadership.

Grants of up to $10,000 to Ohio and Indiana nonprofit organizations for health-related activities that address the needs of local residents in communities served by the funding source. Areas of focus include mental health and substance misuse; physical activity, nutrition, and weight; and maternal and infant health. Eligible proposals serve Brookville, Cambridge City, Connersville, Hagerstown, New Castle, Richmond, Rushville, and Winchester in Indiana; and Eaton and Greenville in Ohio.

Grants of up to $40,000 and in-kind support to USA, Canada, and International nonprofit and non-governmental organizations for forest conservation projects in eligible countries. Funding is intended for projects that monitor forests, support sustainable management of forest landscapes, and reduce illegal and unplanned deforestation. Previously funded projects have been used to strengthen community land rights, alert authorities to illegal deforestation, and raise awareness of deforestation drivers. Projects must be carried out in specified countries in Latin America, Africa, or Asia.

Grant to a Kansas investigator to initiate and conduct a new research study related to space and technology. Funding is intended to promote economic development and foster collaborations and partnerships between underrepresented students at Kansas academic institutions and NASA. Priority areas of interest include improving the quality of life on Earth and expanding knowledge of space. New and unique activities are essential and required.

Grants to California organizations, individuals, and groups for initiatives that support equity within the criminal justice system in eligible regions. Funding is available for events, program support, and addressing racial inequities in marginalized communities. Eligible proposals must benefit marginalized communities in Santa Clara County.

Grants of up to $2,500 to Alabama and Mississippi nonprofit organizations to strengthen communities within the funding source’s service area. Funding is intended for programs in the areas of civic benefit, community and economic development, and education. Programs must benefit communities in Singing River Electric’s Service territory, which includes Jackson, George, Greene, Harrison, Perry, Stone, and Wayne counties in Mississippi, as well as Mobile and Washington counties in Alabama.

Grants to Virginia nonprofit organizations for programs, projects, and services that are responsive to important community needs in eligible regions. Funding is specifically intended to support proposals for timely and needed projects that focus on youth or adults in the local community. Eligible organizations support residents in the city of Charlottesville, or the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson, and Orange.

Grants to Alabama nonprofit organizations, government entities, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations to enhance the quality of life for residents in eligible locations. Funding is intended for projects and programs in the following areas of focus: mental health and wellness, the arts, education and workforce development, leadership development and economic opportunity. Preference will be given to proposals that involve collaboration. The program and/or activities must serve the Tri-City community which is comprised of Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and surrounding communities.

In-kind support of equipment and materials to Michigan K-12 schools to meet school food service needs and increase students' dairy consumption. Available packages include but are not limited to blenders, breakfasts, freestanding coffee bars, hot chocolate programs, and milk rebranding projects. Applications must be made for an individual school building.

Grants to New Mexico businesses for workforce training programs. Applicants must submit an eligibility form prior to submitting a full proposal. Funding is intended for coursework, on-the-job training, and a combination of the two. The goal of the program is to promote the creation of new jobs in expanding or relocating businesses.

In-kind grant of sports equipment to a Wisconsin nonprofit organization, community-based organization, or school to promote softball and baseball for children ages 9-12 in eligible locations. The program provides sports equipment that benefits youth and children. Qualifying youth baseball organizations within Fond du Lac and the surrounding communities can apply.

Community impact must fall into one of the following priority areas: health and well-being, environment, education, civic and economic opportunities, animal welfare, and arts and culture. Awardees must have a proven track record and serve Santa Fe, Mora, Rio Arriba, and San Miguel counties.

Grants of up to $5,000 to Michigan nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and schools for projects that positively impact health and wellness and address systemic risk factors in eligible counties. Funding is intended to support the acquisition of firefighting equipment and personal protective gear. Eligible applicants are located in and serve Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon counties.

Grants of up to $25,000 to Arizona nonprofit organizations for projects to promote health equity in local communities. Applicants must contact program staff before submitting a full application. Funding is intended for planning activities that help coalitions identify solutions toward systemic change. By the end of the grant period, coalitions will have identified the necessary steps and calculated costs needed to achieve its systems change project.

Grants to Georgia school districts to improve educational outcomes. Funding is intended to promote educational success among high school students and assist them in completing higher education and advancing in the workforce. The grant provides selected high schools with funding for one additional counselor to implement and support grant initiatives while working with a limited caseload of identified at-risk students.

Grants of up to $20,000 to New York nonprofit and public organizations for activities to preserve property in eligible counties. Funding is intended to encourage community engagement, revitalization, and economic development through the preservation of local historical assets. Eligible projects take place in Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties.

Grant to a Wisconsin law enforcement, human service, or government agency to develop and implement juvenile deflection programs. The purpose of the program is to prevent juvenile involvement in the justice system and address risk factors among youth. Eligible expenses include personnel, employee benefits, travel/training, supplies and operating expenses, and consultants/contractual.

Opportunity for Massachusetts entrepreneurs to participate in a business contest. Participants will receive feedback on their business ideas and have the opportunity to win cash prizes. The program is intended for entrepreneurs in the business stage. Pitches will be presented at a public event. Eligible applicants are located in Berkshire.

Grants to Michigan organizations for projects and activities that improve residents' knowledge and understanding of the justice system. Funding is intended to support innovative projects that educate adults and children about their legal responsibilities and rights; provide civil legal aid to the poor; and provide opportunities for conflict and dispute resolution.
